Yes: ibuprofen and other NSAID's can increase liver function tests as well as kidney tests. In your case if this is the cause it is a very mild elevation. Liver function tests are not done on a CBC which is a complete blood count. This is a test of your blood cell numbers and composition.

Probably not: The abnormal liver tests are probably not due to the ibuprofen. The most likely etiology will probably turn out to be fatty liver, but a work up it will be necessary if the liver tests are abnormal on repeat. I would consider getting another set of liver tests in 3 to 6 months. If you're able to lose weight in that time, so much the better. Good luck.

Unlikely: One week of ibuprofen won't cause liver damage, so don't worry about the mild increase in ALT. While short courses of meds like ibuprofen may cause indigestion and/or abdominal pain, they're generally safe. Long term use may cause kidney problems, gastrointestinal inflammation, ulcers & bleeding, and increased risk of heart attack & should only be done under a physician's supervision. Okay?

Yes: I would cut back on drugs that assault the liver and try to make some healthy lifestyle changes like; eating lots of vegetables, healthy foods, avoid non processed foods, increase water, increase exercise. Avoid medications including chinese herbs, homeopathic meds, alcohol that can assault the liver. After 6 weeks recheck the liver tests and make sure you are screened for Hepatitis, AB&C.

This is famous: Iboprofen does this all the time. A high ALT is serious and is worth rechecking off the stuff. Give it two weeks or so.
