I have urticaria for 5-6 weeks.thus i've got bloodwork done which includes cbc,glucose,creatinin,ast,alt,sedimentation,ige,crp and tsh.all of them are normal except alt which is 92(high).can high value of alt cause urticaria?if not any other reasons?

Although a high level of ALT will not directly caused arctic area, it may be a sign of a problem with the liver. It definitely needs to be looked at. You should start with a visit to your primary Doctor Who ordered the lab test in the first place. You may need a visit to see a liver doctor. Good luck.

I recommend consulting an allergist to direct the workup for the persistent urticaria. A condition called systemic mastocytosis can cause persistent urticaria and liver involvement. Collaboration between the hepatologist ( or gastroenterologist ) & the allergist would be helpful and get you the best care& follow-up. Abstain from alcohol.
