Several things: OK..first..let the doctor who placed you on the "immunosupporessants" know about all this. I'm assuming he or she will be either an infectious disease physician, transplant surgeon, nephrologist or hepatologist. This way if antibiotics are merited they can be started immediately. Second, find a good oral/maxofacial surgeon. There may be a loculated pocket of infection that needs to be drained.
