Talk to your doctor: Monitoring the course of an infection requires talking and exam by your doctor, and can't reasonably be done here. If you are still having fever, or if you develop skin lesions, this may be a sign of endocarditis and you should seek medical attention immediately.

Follow-up: The dentist who extracted your tooth is the one responsible for your follow-up after care. When was the tooth removed and when did you finish your course of antibiotics? Any questions or concerns should be addressed to that health care provider.
