Return: Return to your treating Dentist or Root Canal Specialist for reevaluation. Cannot asses the extent your injuries or your healing progress in this forum. You need to be reexamined. Specialist referral may be in order.

Complications?: These types of situations cannot be properly addressed over the internet without the availability of complete history, x-rays and one on one clinical exam. Your own dentist should be able to answer all your questions to your satisfaction. If not, get a second opinion.

Possibly : If you have had significant mouth issues like you describe makes you susceptible to infections. You may require long term antibiotics or different antibiotics. Hang in there

Sounds complex: It sounds like you have a complex problem with several issues brewing. This is a definite indication for the care and supervision of a dentist or surgeon. Comprehensive examination of every tooth and supporting structures with an x-ray evaluation is a must prior to beginning treatment. Diagnose, game plan then treat.
