Coin size pain: can you feel anything/ if you feel a bump may be ganglion cyst that has grown. otherwise could lbe due to cervical disc disease , ,thoracic outlet syndrome, , mass efect from lymph node or o breast , reflux cardia rarely MS need CXR, mammogram exam c spien films, follow up wiht doctor urgent care this week
