Call 911: When it comes to chest pain, we would like to be very careful about the heart and advise all the patients to got to the ER and get checked by a physician. Please let me know how it goes.

Be seen: Multiple potential causes, but because cardiac ischemia can present with similar symptoms and is potentially life threatening, the safest thing to do would be to be seen immediately.
