No, this isn't GERD: This symptoms constellation is not consistent with reflux disease. It should be checked out just the same. The fact that the pain is worse when you touch the area suggests that it is either musculoskeletal or nerve pain. Is it related to meals? I'm wondering why you are associating this with reflux? The best way to approach this is to visit with your doc and have an exam done with some tests.
