Low: I think your chances of this happening again are low. Blighted Ovum is an out-of-date term for which is now called an Anembyronic pregnancy. These typically do not have a fetal pole (a tiny baby). If you based your current gestational age on a regular period cycle, then you should be able to see this fetal pole and likely the heart beating on ultrasound by this point. Good luck.
