Numbers are good: but nothing is specific enough to guarantee it couldn't still be a blighted ovum. I run a specialty practice where we can US patients when the hCG is above 2000, so we routinely do 6 week ultrasounds. If you do not have access to US until 10 weeks that's not a cause for concern, but I'm afraid you'll just have to wait until then. Good luck and good wishes.
