Miscarriage: Every pregnancy has about a 25% chance of miscarriage, which may increase slightly with age. The fact that you've had other pregnancies is encouraging, but each pregnancy carries that risk. There is nothing you could've done to cause it, nor to prevent it. I am sorry for your loss and wish you good luck with this one.
