Humidity : Not sure where u live. Dry weather is the most common cause of bleeding nose apart from nose picking which can lead to bleeding. If this is true, use a humidifier at night in her bedroom. Use saline drops when she goes to bed . If this continues after her runny nose is gone, have he checked out with her pediatrician. Do not let her eat too much chocolate or fried foods or junk food
