Not really: 100bpm is not considered to be very high. for a healthy athletic 26 years old male is expected to be lower than that how high your heart rate goes when you exercise? my advise is to see a cardiologist to check on your BP and your hydration status, and your blood level to r/o anemia, and you thyroid function, then determined that there is no underlying heart problem, assured your or treat you.
