Bleeding : Xarelto has a half life of up to 9 hours and would not cause bleeding 2 weeks after discontinuation. If you are still having bleeding symptoms, work up is advisable. Talk to your doc about your symptoms. Make sure you stop also any supplements or alcohol, if using.
