Groin lump: The lump is most likey a swollen lymph node, you probably had a small abscess or boil that you popped before, that is the reason you got the reactive lymph node, leave it alone it should resolve slowly spontaneously with time, if it get bigger or is painful or more lumps develop then you should see your doctor.
