A member asked:

I have a painless lump underneath the skin of my groin it has been there for a week. it is unnoticeable unless you touch the skin and it is hard. it is not red or showing any signs of becoming a pimple?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It could be an noninflamed ingrown hair or inclusion cyst. A hernia could be pushed back into the groin& seems unlikely. See your MD as needed.
