Leave it alone: Keep it clean and don't pop it any further. When you pop a pimple, you may drive infection deeper in the skin or increase the chance of scarring. Use a acne med and a good sunscreen (irritated skin or acne-medicated skin can be more sensitive to sun damage).

I have blind pimples, they are not visible just hard under-skin feeling. They are like in a line starting from the back of the head to the neck side and now they reach the shoulder top. I am worried as they are extending and hurt sooooooo much?

I used topical treatments on my acne and some of the blind pimples left a bump as if the head is still underneath. I believe its not scar as i din't pop it. Can i know if it will go away on its own or is there somthing I should do to get rid of it ?
