I have pcos and i'm done having kids, i have numerous cysts and a lot of pain. is surgery an option to remove ovaries?

It is an option..: Surgery is an option, but not without risks. Thus, you should speak with your doc about your trouble and learn about the potential benefit vs risks of having the ovaries removed. Since you are 35, you will likely need hormone replacement for quite a few yrs etc..Will surgery fix your problem? Maybe maybe not. Thus, consult doc and find best options for you. Good luck.

Yes , but: Surgery would be an option, however there are a number of medicines that could help your symptoms and potentially preclude the need for surgery. You should see your gynecologist.
