Have two ovarian cysts on my lt ovary. 4.5cm simple & 1.5cm solid. solid one has increased to 5.3cm. nothing has been done, 2nd opinion? alot of pain

Pain trumps cystsize: When you are having pain then the MD needs to consider the source. A 1.5 cm solid or 4.5 simple cysts do not usually produce severe pain due to their small size. However, a repeat ultrasound, pelvic exam or laparoscopy may be warranted.
