Repeat ultrasound: You need to stay in touch with your gyn. If the cysts are simple of the ultrasound and not bothering you, you can see if they are there in 6 weeks, depending on your family history. These could be part of ovulation, endometriomas or some other type of tumor. If you are in pain, you may want to consider surgical removal of the cyst.
