Obgyn evaluation: The doctor ordering the test is a better position to interpret your specific sonogram. They will need to determine if they feel there is truly a complex cyst that needs removal or if this is a simple cyst that is collapsing giving it a complex appearance. In those cases conservative management with a repeat sonogram may be advised
