Anxiety: See your prescribing MD to discuss your meds. Consider seeing a psychiatrist if you're not already. Suggest you see an experienced mental health therapist to get support and learn coping strategies to cut anxiety. Also important that all medical causes for anxiety (eg, heart or thyroid problems, diabetes, asthma, drug abuse or withdrawal) have been ruled out. Anxiety can be treated. Good luck.

Consult with your: psychiatrist for the medication part, or a GP for some sleep aids, as needed. Regarding anxiety, you need to understand what it is, what it means, how it comes to you and under what circumstances. A therapist is a good choice about now, or: http://www.psychologyproductsandservices.com/page2.html (Why did you put the Ativan (lorazepam) under your tongue?)
