A member asked:

Can amino acids help me grow taller? carbohydrates stunt growth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No/no: Dietary supplements (amino acids) will not improve growth unless you are deficient in that material. The amount of carbohydrates in a balanced diet sustain normal growth, they do not hinder it.
