Dental payment plan: Some dentists offer payment plans and others do not. You must ask frankly.

Third party payor: Speak to the financial coordinator prior to the inception of treatment. Many offices work with third party payors, such as Care Credit and Lending Tree which will let you extend your payments and the dentist normally absorbs any interest.

Payment Plans: Each office has its own policies. That being said, please remember than a dental practice is a small business and is not in the business of making interest free, unsecured, personal loans which I believe is what you are asking for. A finance company, a bank, and CareCredit are other options you should explore to allow you to be treated under your financial terms. All the best....

Ask your dentist: CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that can be used for dental procedures. This is a healthcare credit card, offered by more than 70% of all dentists to help patients like you access the care they need and want without insurance coverage or cash. You don't pay for 18 month and no interest. Also flexible payment options are often available, so ask your dentist for details.

Quality care: Quality care is expensive. It's microsurgery combined with artistry. It's expensive and time consuming for the Dentist. What should you do? Straight out, ask the Dentist for payment options. Your Dentist may offer a payment plan, or have contact with a 3rd party payer. You're not the first patient to need a little help, so ask your Dentist for options.

Just Ask: Most dentists are willing to arrange and accept payment plans, although there is no obligation to do so. Some don't offer payment plans, which is fine, too. If your dentist hasn't offered it, just ask if you can make monthly payments. Your request will be most effective if you make a substantial down-payment, your monthly payments are significant, and you authorize auto-payment on a credit card.
