I had surgery on my accessory navicular almost a week ago. during sleeping hrs i get excruciating pain on the top of my foot. bandage is loose. ideas?

Access your Doctor.: You need to try to keep the bandage on. Either reinforce it or call your surgeon for advice. Post op pain can be an issue that you need to take up with your surgeon also.
