Depends: It all depends on what is the residual of your club foot. Sometimes it entails a fusion of the hindfoot and a talo-navicular fusion particularly if you are suffering from arthritis. Osteotomies with or without fusions maybe required.

Club foot: That depends on the nature of the deformity and what needs to be done. Really, though, these are questions to ask your surgeon as he/she has seen you and your x rays
