Suddenly pimples has shown in my four head and the area next to my nose and my skin is not the type to have pimples i have a clear skin ,what's wrong?

Hormonal?: It could be related to your hormones, which change as you age. It could also be stress induced, or if you are being exposed to a different chemical that you weren't being exposed to before. Or if you are sweating more than usual that can cause more acne as well. Wash your face with a salicylic acid cleanser and use a benzoyl peroxide cream on the areas with the pimples for treatment. Best wishes.
