Exam: Rashes, sin lesions, bumps are relatively impossible to diagnose over the computer. May be a cyst as described, but for definitive diagnosis, see the doc, good luck.

Blister check time!: Blisters on various parts of body can be from many different causes, namely bacteria and viruses etc. The saying, a picture is better than a thousand words, applies more to such dermatological conditions. If it didn't form a head, it may be a cyst or a wart, which can be contagious and spread, for which it should be checked.
