Im white male derm told me i have acne keloidalis nuchse he didnt even look at my head just went off description. i have folliculitis like bumps all over head but they dont scar over just painful or itchy pimple like bumps? any advice help clear?

Acne nuchae keloidalis occurs on the back of the neck and presents as thick scars usually caused by ingrown hairs. Your condition seems more like a generalized folliculitis either due to acne or a staph infection. One of the pustules should be cultured and you need topical and oral antibiotics.
