How about the cause?: Maybe you're one of the few patients who's undergone rigorous neurological, neuropsychological, & metabolic screenings to really determine whether ADD is TRULY the right diagnosis for you. If so, then, the provider who made the diagnosis should be able to guide you to the better medication depending on your clinical situation. If you've not been screened PROPERLY then, NEITHER DRUG is good for you
