Yes: Since you are already on prozac, it decreases the breakdown of wellbutrin (bupropion) in your liver and the wellbutrin (bupropion) levels rise sometimes too high, making cognition worse. Ask your doctor about checking a wellbutrin (bupropion) blood level or your isoenzyme status at the cytochrome p4502d6 enzyme system in your liver.Lower the dose to 150 mg a day may be the solution. Please discuss with your doctor.
