Wellbutrin (bupropion): One of the best anti-depressant medicines I have prescribed and quite different in its mechanism of action. Multiple symptoms can be targeted with this agent including depression, smoking, weight, and sexual dysfunction. Nausea, anxiety, irritability, diminished appetite, vivid dreams may be common (initial) side effects.
