Yes: You might want to consult with a psychiatrist, since now on multiple meds, but stimulant can be used safely with above meds.

Yes: Strattera (atomoxetine) affects norepinephrine mainly. I would have recomment sustained release Ritalin or extened release adderal for adult.Add as long as no history of substance abuse. It is a pity this patient would be on 3 medications when only one was indicated.
