Sometimes: it is an off label use for ADD. Wellbutrin (bupropion) increases Dopamine, which helps people with the drive and focus to do things, apart from giving them a mild relaxed feeling too. For some it works. Also curbs cigarette use in case u smoke, and helps with anxiety that may be associated with ADD.
