Stimulants: There are specific stimulant medications that are used for adhd (i.e. Ritalin, (methylphenidate) concerta, Adderall etc.).

There are many.: There are a number of medicines that treat adhd as well as behavioral modifications to deal with the symptoms. Talk it over with your provider. If you are not, consider seeing a psychiatrist who is specifically trained in treating adult adhd.
