Panic attack: You don't mention what medication you were taking for that long. A panic attack relapse could happen regardless if you are or not on medication. If you were taking an SSRI like fluoxetine or other as well as a benzodiazepine like alprazolam it could be possible to be more likely to have a relapse if you stop taking these meds abruptly or without specific recommendations from your doctor.
