Seek help: If indeed you are having a panic attack, it's very unlikely you will die. However, panic attacks by their very nature, make a person feel as if they are dying or could die, which only worsen the attack. Symptoms may include things like chest pain, shortness of breath, painful breathing, sweating, a feeling of despair, etc. See your dr. Who can certainly start the medical process of getting you well.

Panic Attack: Most people going through a panic mistakenly think they will die but I have never heard of this ever occuring. Remember that anxiety and panic is driven by misperceiving situations and interactions. Try to focus on the truth, the facts. Try using the anti anxiety app for daily support and consult with a mental health professional in your area who can help you learn to manage your anxiety. Best.

Hiiighly unlikely: If you breathe enough differently from the panic attack, you could theoretically pass out. You would start breathing normally again though. You could theoretically hit your head from falling and have a problem from that. I would seek the care of a therapist or psychiatrist, and if you think about hurting yourself, call 911. Take deep slow breaths and try calming yourself down.
