Not : Not all pills are the same and not all individuals are the same . The effect of a medication in an individual has to do with many factors that we call variables .Medications help control problems, some do a good job on some people, some don t work. Even though some medications work scientifically and even can be titter, that is not true for all. If you have to slip your pill, and split again and again, that probably means that those medications are not for you there are alternatives to medications and there are many medications for the treatment of anxiety disorders and fibromyalgia. Many may work for both, but you should probably insist in looking for alternatives such as psicotherapy, excersice, yoga, tai chi , biofeedback, cognigtive therapyetc to control both problems. Sometimes there is no ' magic pill ' that makes symptoms go away, or sometimes people are very sensitive to the effect of somemedications and medications are not the easy way to control the symptoms.
