Work w therapist: Rule out physical causes first. Then, seek help from a psychologist, SW or counselor. There are many effective treatments to help w panic attacks. Diaphragmatic breathing, relaxation techniques and medication may help as well as other coping tools. By catching anxiety at low levels, it's easier to turn it around before it gets to the level of a panic attack.
