Could be nerves: Or it could be a side effect of the medication. Did you read the little BOOK they gave you with the drug as far as side effects are concerned. Are you suffering from elevations in your blood pressure since becoming pregnant? You should report this symptom to your OB/GYN and especially if it was clearly time locked with when you took your BP med.
