Likely no, need ER: I would not be worried of a heart attack as much as a stroke or mini stroke given her high blood pressure. The safest thing to do is to go to the ER ASAP to see if the blood pressure is still so high as to be causing a stroke or ministroke instead, especially given the facial numbness. Do not waste time with any research about this. You should have your wife transported to the ER ASAP
