Get 2nd opinion: Why cystoscopy at 19yo? Get a 2nd opinion. Your Family Doc can review all your medications, both prescription & over-the-counter, plus dietary supplements, to make sure you're not taking something that's coincidentally making it more difficult to void. S/he can then refer to another Urologist (or go back to chat w/one who did cystoscopy).
