If i had a urethral meatoplasty as a child as a result of my circumcision, is one of the long term side effects spraying of the urine stream?

See remark: You have STRICTURE of the meatus as a consequence of meatoplasty. It is like pinching the tip of the hose while spraying. See a urologist ,to "revise" or dilate the meatus. Good luck young man

Other cause of spraying stream can be a web or a band across the meatus causing 2 or more urinary streams.
