See remark: You have STRICTURE of the meatus as a consequence of meatoplasty. It is like pinching the tip of the hose while spraying. See a urologist ,to "revise" or dilate the meatus. Good luck young man

?size meatal opening: Spraying of urinary stream is common with large urethral opening if urethral meatoplasty was too "generous". Other cause of spraying stream can be a web or a band across the meatus causing 2 or more urinary streams. Recurrence of metal stenosis (Very small opening) causes a high pressure, narrow stream rather than a spraying stream. Spray can occur if there is urethral narrowing proximal to meatus
