Ask the urologist!: If the first day or two, maybe a little physical irritation and the spraying will clear up quickly. Beyond that, probably not from the cystoscopy itself. Why was cystoscopy done? Urethral warts, stone, or stricture all could cause altered urine stream. Or a healing wound if such a problem was treated during cystoscopy. Contact the urologist who did procedure; s/he probably will want to see you.
