See a physician: This could represent pathology within the knee, such as torn cartilage. Alternatively, pinched nerves in the lumbar spine could also cause pain in the legs. An evaluation by a physician will give you a better answer.

Need an exam: These symptoms need an office visit to determine the possible cause. Much more information would be needed in addition to an exam. Are you overweight? Prior injury? A runner or athlete? Family history of osteoarthritis? What makes it worse? What relieves it.? etc.....As you can see it really isn't possible to get a diagnosis by giving just a few symptoms. Please see your physician for help.
