So i have bursitis in hip. its affecting my leg by pain, swelling, dull ache going down to foot. numbness tingling. the lump seems to be getting bigger and my legs hurt and feel heavy my feet are so sore too. what can i do?

Pain & mild swelling in shin x 3 days. Began over a 2hr period. Moves down to a top of ankle and top of foot. Sitting down, ankle hurts most. Standing, shin hurts most. Leg and foot sore to touch. Hurts to flex/point ankle. Feels better in A.M. ?
I am experiencing pain behind my left knee (especially toward the outside), as well as tingling in my foot and outside of calf (3 days). So far no swelling, heat, or redness. I tried ice and putting the leg up but it didn't help much. ?
