There are: Many types of bunion procedures so without knowing which one ...was other work done? Are you icing? Elevating? Is the bandage too tight? These are all things to consider....you should be having these conversations with your surgeon as well.......good luck with your recooperation....

Have you been good.: The first question you need to be asked is; have you been on it too much? Many times, during the initial post operative you may not have much pain or swelling. The tendency is put more and more time on the foot with less rest and elevation. The result is your foot swelling to compensate the stress. That's bad. If you have been good and not been on your foot too much, then ask your surgeon.
