XARELTO: No interactions with vitamin e. I also Recommend a full clotting work up and hematology consult to digest duration of treatment

Multivit & xarelto: Very few interactions of vitamin E and rivaroxaban have been reported. It could possibly affect rivaroxaban's effectiveness. With that said, the small amounts of vitamin E, found in the typical multivitamin, are likely smaller than the ones causing interactions. Make sure your health provider knows you are taking both and don't stop any prescribed medications without notifying them.
