Yes: Certain vitamins like vitamin e can increase "blood thinning" as can aspirin. Make sure your physician know about these. Some "herbal" drugs can also have this effect- check them out. Good luck.

Xarelto - Vitamin C: There were no interactions reported between Ascorbic Acid (vitamin c) and rivaroxaban (xarelto). As far as is known in the literature, it is safe to take. Always listen to your body though, if you develop a reaction, notify your physician.
