Probably safe...: Wouldn't you rather have a kid with a full head of hair? ...or do you want a baldy?! Vitamin deficiency is more of a threat than having a little extra. That being said, you don't want an excess of the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E or K) as that can lead to illness.
